Our strength is built on quietness and trust (Isaiah 30:15). In a culture promoting independence and self-reliance, the Lord says to depend on Him; lean on Him; have faith in Him. You know the song..."Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus Christ, my righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus' name." Our strength grows, on nothing less, than through seeking, hearing, and knowing Jesus and His word (Romans 10:17). Jesus is our Rock and He will never leave you, nor forsake you  (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stand on the Solid Rock..."All other ground is sinking sand." Be still and know...God (Psalm 46:10). Nothing less!
